Hi, You cannot download the serial number.
If you are a student you have to take it from the Autodesk Student Solutions Center, if you are not a student there is some free one.
Anyway you should have the registration key, if not contact Autodesk Support.

I can’t download the serial number either.
I have a student version I need to activate. I have an activation code and tried to get it to work. I type it in the website (www.keygen.autodesk.com) in the website to try and get it to work. It doesn’t tell me anything. What should I try now?

I can’t activate either of my autocad. When I checked their webpage they had this message,
“To redeem the Autodesk Software Platinum Key, you must log in to this solution and then click the ‘Activate’ button below. This will download the software to your web browser.”
I clicked the activate button. It tells me I’m attempting to download software. Where is my software?
