this is what we call a decorative crack. whether the crack is on an exterior or interior wall. they look pretty cool and they can be easily patched or fixed. the key here is to correctly identify the crack. if youre dealing with a decorative crack, start with the largest one. start by taking a nail brush, and clean away any debris from the crack. brush the crack with soapy water and apply a little bit of the crack filler to the crack. allow the crack to dry, and then sand out any excess glue. once dry, apply the final coat of crack filler on top of the crack.

cracks in concrete pavements are very slow to close. the best form of treatment is to fill the crack with the same material that created the crack. this prevents moisture from migrating into the crack. the filler material should be a matching color to the existing pavement. for example, if you have a brick surface and the crack is in the surface of the brick, the material from which the crack was created should be used to fill the crack. a patch made of brick from the same batch as the brick that is using the crack as a doorway will look more realistic.
