I’m likely a little biased in my assessment of Lightroom, seeing as that I helped develop it. It’s entirely possible many will think it’s buggy or doesn’t work well with PSD+XPS files. It will take some time, but I believe it will become my go-to application for basic photo editing, and I wouldn’t mind waiting a few months for the 64-bit file handling to be available for the most part. The only other downside is that it doesn’t include the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in, but that really doesn’t stop me from using it heavily.
