Bigudus wants to make sure he gets the funds back, so he plans to use Filemon as the lost-and-found so he can get the money he lent Filemon. The way he plans to do it is by getting him to drive his truck from town to town. Then, he has him participate in some racing, betting on himself and Filemon getting paired against each other.
