As many games have found in the past few years, VidRhythm relies on user input to make things happen. Once you have the genre of a song, you choose a main video and a sub-video. I did the “famous animatronics” sub-video in front of a cardboard cut out of Bob Marley. I had to practice switching between the first and second song and thinking up funny things to do with the animation. Then, I created a second sub-video that is essentially a VidRhythm x Disneyland parody. The result is the creation of the first and second parts of the song (i.e.
Its almost certain that VidRhythm is one of the best apps under iOS, which is why it is being referred to as the King Kong of iGeneration mobile apps. A special, cool feature with the app that allows users to sync their songs, albums, and playlists with VidRhythm of other devices, allowing users to play their music online, if a connection to the internet can be found. Each song can be streamed online at your pace, and the songs that you play are recorded (if your iPhone is configured for it) or simply saved to a playlist in the app.
Not to be mistaken with the hottest post-hip-hop tunes, VidRhythm has a chance of becoming the anthem of the “post-modern rap music” fan. The app has many original songs from top American rappers, including Missy Elliott, Chuck D and Pete Rock and Ice T, and a few other top performers from overseas. Many of the songs within the app have been created to showcase the elegance of the hip-hop format, and its potential in the music industry.
